Ciaccia
Ciaccia is a kind of pizza, which can be tasted in two varieties: sweet or salty.
Is made with flour, salt, water, yeast, extra virgin olive oil.
Must be brought to the correct rise and is then flattened, fried and sprinkled with salt or sugar.

For several years in the village of Fighille, on the feast of Our Lady, which falls on the first Sunday of October is celebrated the famous "Festival of Fried Ciaccia" as a tribute to this tasty dish of popular tradition.
