Pistrino
Pistrino is a village in the municipality of Citerna and is located about 4-5 km away from it. The name derives from the Latin Pistrino Pistrinum that means mill and since ancient times, the whole area was characterized by the presence of many mills for the reason that Pistrino rises in the plain between the rivers Cerfone and Sovara.
